Use the verbenone chemotype, not cineole — verbenone is soft herbal, cineole is medicinal eucalyptus. Neroli and petitgrain are the same tree, blossom and leaf; together they do the bright lift that lemon used to, floral-citrus rather than sweet. Sandalwood is the floor that keeps this from becoming shower gel, and the two drops of black pepper are load-bearing — pull them and the herbs go flat.
